Location: East
Responsibilities
- Prepare job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates
- Involved in the whole employee life cycle
- Disciplinary procedures and absence management
- Familiar with wpol and epol for foreign manpower matters
- Oversees the daily HR operations
- Updating employees records
- Provide advice, information and support to business managers, line managers and employees on HR policies and procedures in line with group policy and best practice.
- Record and monitor employees’ leaves and attendance to ensure work punctuality
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in HR management / Business Administration or any other related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
