$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- To provide general HR and admin support (Appointment letter, onboard & offboard & etc.)
- To provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support.
- Handles work pass applications, renewal, and cancellation of foreign employees.
- Responsible for claims of government grants such as maternity leave, childcare leave applications, IRAS tax clearance etc.
- Responsible for monthly processing and submission of payroll and reports.
- Keep p-file up to date.
- Maintain, review, propose and update the HR Policies and Procedures to align with business needs.
- Assist on recruitment needs.
Requirements
- NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
