SENIOR FINANCE ANALYST ($5000-$6000/AWS/VB)ref: ES

$6K + AWS + VB + allowance

Location: West

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation of financial reports, disclosures, and daily operational reports to meet the company’s requirements.
• Convert monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements from GAAP into CN GAAP for the Group. Stay updated on new accounting standards adopted under SFRS and CN GAAP.
• Ensure the timely submission of various periodic reports, including quarterly announcements and annual statutory/management reports.
• Ensure that all relevant disclosures to the parent company comply with SGX rules and the group’s disclosure policies and procedures.
• Prepare, review, and analyze consolidated financial results.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors from the parent company, engage in communication about key audit matters, and minimize audit differences and adjustments. Collaborate on internal audits and self-assessment.
• Maintain communication with the parent company’s accounting department and ensure that relevant asset and equity transactions comply with asset management policies and procedures.
• Undertake any ad-hoc management reports and duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min Degree in Finance / Accountancy or any related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in CN GAAP and IFRS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
