Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering all assigned Piping activities in a cost-effective, safe and efficient manner through contractors with minimum interruption to project.
- Lead contractors in field piping activities with high safety standards; ensure all activities comply with authorities, industrial and company HSE standards and requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, coordinates reviews and schedule optimizations, resource leveling etc. and prompt updates to the Work Plan.
- Provide conceptual ideas for field route piping and produce quality sketches, check accuracy of approved construction drawing and documentation for execution.
- Carry out mechanical line and equipment checks, able to coordinate Structural and E&I activities progress, Support Construct ability reviews for project.
- Conduct site inspection and explain work requirements to contractors; develop work plan with contractors, operations, maintenance, and other stakeholders for execution with minimum interruption to project and ensure field work sequences are aligned.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplines during field execution.
- Drive contractors management to deliver contractors productivity improvements, contractors’ competency and assurance, including developing relevant work procedures and Quality. Accept or reject the quality of work and goods provided by contractors/vendors.
Requirements
- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Project is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
