Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Install, operate, and maintain chemical plant equipment and processes in accordance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of plant equipment and processes to identify and resolve issues that may impact plant performance or safety.
- Collaborate with plant managers, technicians, and operators to develop and implement maintenance and repair plans that ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
- Evaluate plant processes and identify opportunities for improvement that enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of plant performance, maintenance activities, and equipment inventory.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure plant personnel have the skills and knowledge required to operate and maintain plant equipment and processes.
- Participate in incident investigations and develop corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to chemical and process plant engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of chemical plant equipment and processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
