Responsibilities
- Providing good maintenance of all company properties, equipment and fittings
- All properties meet with the relevant regulatory requirements and company’s expectation
- Timely submission of reports and in the approved format
- Establishing and maintenance of the Company Emergency Response Team for each property
- Maintaining proper documentary records of maintenance carried out for each property and in accordance to the preventive maintenance program
- Ensuring prompt submission and proper documentation of all service reports, delivery orders and invoices
- Complying with latest company Operating Procedures which may be revised from time to time
- Employing and maintaining at a minimum the number of full-time personnel for each Property, including an experienced procurement team
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building or Facilities or Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Project Managing Asset Enhancement Initiative or Development Projects is a plus.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
