5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- To call for quotation.
- To do evaluation and submit recommendation to Function Head for approval.
- To conduct site supervision with contractors upon award of job.
- To supervise site contractors during and after job completion.
- Improve and maintain the aesthetic qualities of the properties.
- Ability to lead and manage teams and projects.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills especially relating to BCA and FSC regulations.
- Understand the maintenance, projects relating to mechanical and electrical installation.
Requirements
- Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- PC literate and knowledge in MS Office.
- Energetic, flexible and innovative
