SENIOR FACILITIES EXECUTIVE ($3000-$5000/AWS/VB)ref: EC

$5K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  West

Responsibilities

• Daily management, supervision and management reporting of all outsourced third-party contractors deployed to site including but not limited to Security, General Renovation, Pest Control, Landscaping, and other assets.
• Management, monitoring and reporting of maintenance and support contracts for services including but not limited to General Renovation, Pest Control, Landscaping, and other assets.
• Inventory, Procurement, Budget Management and Reporting for all supplies necessary to support the efficient functioning of the services within the facility.
• Providing support, advise and ensuring adherence to all Policies and Procedures for the management of Health and Safety within the facility.
• Other duties or operational activities as required to ensure the efficient operation of the facility such as water and lighting are well-maintained.
• Provide the most cost effective method of maintenance and operation of the facilities.
• Identify area of opportunities to improve facilities to increase cost savings.
• To supervise site contractors during and after job completion.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
