Location: North
Responsibilities
- Responsible for running of IT Infrastructure and operations (Network,System,Application Cloud, Portal and IT related services)
- Development and execution of strategy of IT Infrastructure and systems in support
- Management of IT support outsourced vendor
- Responsible for implementation, migration, relocation and maintenance of IT infrastructure
- Analyze user’s requirements, feasibility, cost, time and resources required, compatibility with current systems, potential problem area and recommend solutions for projects
- Documentation of SOP and business requirements
- Conduct periodic status check on the systems to ensure operation readiness and problem resolution
- Formulate and develop cybersecurity policies and guidelines
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experienced in network/systems/cybersecurity deployment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
