Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Manage and work on Green Mark Certification for Existing Building and Data Centre projects.
- Manage and work on Project Management for Energy Retrofitting / Improvement projects.
- Conduct site-walk and gap analysis to determine necessary upgrades and improvement to achieve the desired energy & water savings, sustainability, waste reduction requirements, etc.
- Conduct energy audit / assessment on building services, chiller plant and air side system to evaluate their operation characteristics & performance and determine necessary upgrading / improvement measures.
- Prepare gap analysis and energy audit / assessment report according to templates and standards, for timely delivery and closure of gap analysis and energy audit / assessment reports.
- Review and advise on energy & water savings strategies for building undergoing energy efficiency retrofits.
- Involve in energy efficiency & energy consumption analysis and benchmarking.
- Involve in water efficiency & water consumption analysis and benchmarking.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical), Project Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of ACMV, Mechanical & Electrical designs in Commercial Buildings or Industrial Facilities Plants is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
