Location: West
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support to IT Server infrastructure on Windows and Linux platforms.
- Perform Active Directory and DNS administration, maintenance and support.
- Able to respond promptly on incidents and support requests.
- Maintain and monitor the storages and systems backups to ensure service continuity
- Maintain and monitor of IBM Aspera Servers and provide support to remote clients on connectivity issue.
- Maintain, upgrade and monitor of on premises Servers and virtual infrastructure.
- Ensure managed System OS are regularly patched according to corporate patch cycle policy.
- Undertaking project or ad-hoc task as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with NAS, SAN, iSCSI storages and SAN switches is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
