Responsibilities
- Project Management, to lead the engineering team to carry out projects in front end engineering design, detailed engineering design, product design and development.
- To generate project specification, design philosophy, provide guidance, calculation template to comply with clients’ requirement. Building project team man-hour control, schedule control, insure compliance with local authorities regulations.
- To review & check BIM done by either CAD group or 3rd parties. To supply design drawing information and instructions to Designers ensuring technical completeness and clearness of data for effective workflow.
- Checks own design outputs and reviews design drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness to design requirements and concepts.
- Coordinates with other Engineers and Designers to facilitate production of civil design and drawing outputs.
- Performs other functions that may be assigned by the Department Manager.
- Work with various teams to develop a statement of work.
- Maintain proper inventory control
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architectural or M&E Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in REVIT, AutoCad, 3D Max operation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
