Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Familiar with new technologies on marine and offshore field, such as autonomous and remote operated vessel, electric,
plug-in or hybrid power system. - Generate basic & detail design document in compliance with Class/Statutory/Owner requirement
- Generate technical specification for Electrical & Automation equipment
- Perform technical evaluation of Electrical & Automation equipment
- Prepare equipment layouts and main cable routing, space coordination and integration with other disciplines.
- Liaise with other inter-discipline designers for design integration
- Liaise with Owner/ Vendor/ External Design Institute for the specific design requirement and development
- Liaise with Class Society to determine the design requirement.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar on Power and Automation system/ Navigation system is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
