Responsibilities
- Design, implement and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns across platforms (such as SEO/SEM, PPC, social media and email marketing) to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, boosting revenue.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to craft compelling content for diverse digital platforms, ensuring unified brand messaging and tone, while overseeing strategy to engage followers and foster online community growth.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows, to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on all marketing activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and operations, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Oversee regional social media pages to ensure alignment with corporate brand guidelines, analyze regional data for actionable insights, and support regional marketing teams where required.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve digital marketing practices and strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics and deriving actionable insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
