SENIOR DESIGN MANAGER ($6500-$8000/AWS/VB)ref: EC

$8K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  Central

Responsibilities

• Lead and work closely with the design team to realise concept designs in a 3D format and enabling to visualise the finished product at the highest design level.
• Research and develop solutions to architectural problems e.g., preparation of sketch, working and presentation models as required
• Organizing and managing team assignments to ensure compliance with contract and project timelines
• Coordination with the external consultants during all phases to ensure production of contract documents are aligned with design intent
• Overseeing the integration of technical information and statutory requirements into design and production drawings, including the preparation of drawings for planning, and building control approvals, tender and construction purposes
• Assist with the preparation of specifications and written contract documentation.
• Attend site meetings, if necessary, take schemes from planning through to completion, coordinating relevant information, dealing with contractors.
• Support the office in any kind of architectural and master planning projects

Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient 2D drafting skills in AutoCAD is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
