SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE ($2500-$3200/AWS/VB)ref: AK

$3200 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales quotations and update information to the company’s Sales CRM system
• Manage Key Account Customers’ daily blanket orders and contracts including coordinating deliveries.
• Ensure orders renewal and continuity together with the sales and marketing team.
• Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs, providing excellent customer service, and keeping them informed of updates and promotions.
• Work to meet or exceed team sales targets by closing deals and generating revenue and optimal gross profits for the company.
• Effectively make use of “Salesforce” (CRM software) to keep detailed records of selling activities, maintain an updated customer database, and report on sales performance to management in timely fashion.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of sales tenders.
• Any other duties assigned by Senior Management team.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience processing orders in various systems. (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
