Location: North
Responsibilities
- To provide customer service, build and maintain good customer relations, solve problems, attend to complaints and provide effective customer support, in order to achieve the best customer experience
- To work closely with counterparts to ensure the best of service to our customers
- To respond to customer enquiry and specifications timely
- To provide technical assistance and advice, follow-up of quotations, negotiations, closing orders and customer liaison
- Review technical documents and work together with sales managers to close sales
- Provides technical assistance to clients relating to the design and use of products
- Maintain good customer business relationship
- Coordinate with regional partners
Requirements
- Diploma in Chemical/ Engineering/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics discipline or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good understanding in Mechanical Instrumentation & Controls or Valve Automation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
