Location: West
Responsibilities
- Assist with ordering and allocation inputs based on the shipment invoices
- Update the shared files on related product allocation for each channel
- Prepare and create new product memos every month
- Consolidate the inventory and sale information to update the order sheet
- Liaise with Logistics Division whenever there are changes or adjustment to distribution
- Retrieve or summarise information related to the inventory and sales by product model for the Sales Planning Manager to decide on inventory transfer between channels
- Handle the product seeding according to the instruction from the marketing manager and update the seeding list accordingly
- Support ordering of product samples and administer loans of samples
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
