Location: West
Responsibilities
- To manage customer satisfaction needs and requirements.
- To generate sales forecast, sales report and performance plans for management review
- Develop marketing strategy for the company to achieve monthly sales targets
- Communicate with the existing clients for business.
- Interact, engage and built a good relationship with customer
- To follow up with potential leads into sales
- Organize customer visits and conduct presentations regarding product and services
- Help in the preparation of quotation, purchase order when necessary
Requirements
- Diploma in Sales & marketing or Business Studies or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Ecommerce/online platform/marketing is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
