5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Maintain existing customer’s relationship and develop new customers
- Follow up on outstanding payment & ensure that customers make prompt payment
- Work closely with operations / accounts / sales teams
- Maintain customer credit discipline
- Evaluate and manage sales performance
- Help up on Operation or Logistics when is needed
- Provide pre and post sales services to maintain good working relationship with customers
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in shipping, logistic management, or business administration relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel, especially with VLOOKUP and pivot table is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
