Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and offering exceptional service
- Efficiently schedule appointments between potential clients and our sales team
- Assist in identifying potential leads and supporting sales efforts
- Maintain accurate client records in our system
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a customer-centric approach
- Ensure optimal level of client satisfaction at all times
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Prepare reports as required by management
Requirements
- NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
