SALES APPLICATION ENGINEER ( Valve Industry ) ($2800-$4500/AWS/VB)ref: DS

$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor to facilitate engineering solutions by visiting customers regularly, providing pre-sales and post sales support.
• Work with sales teams to interpret customer requirements, deliver solutions and manage customer expectations with the end-goal of sales in mind
• Work as a consultant to the sales teams and clients to problem-solve and make recommendations during the sales process.
• Provide support to Sales Managers
• Response to customer’s enquiries, preparation of quotation and tenders for submission
• Provide co-ordination duties, support customers and coordinate with factory for technical matters
• Maintain proper inventory control
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Engineering experience in the areas of valves, control valves and steam applications is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
