Location: North
Responsibilities
- Assist in various Assurance risk management and quality control projects
- Assist and provide support in data collation for periodic monitoring and compliance testing
- Assist with administering various technology tools and platform for quality control monitoring
- Assist in developing and/or updating solutions to common queries, including relevant practice aids and templates
- Where appropriate, individual will also be offered opportunities to work with other Lines of Service risk and quality teams
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or a Bachelor Degree in related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Risk Management / Compliance is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
