Location: West
Responsibilities
- Sales plans to be in place for every sales person and ensure these are aligned with the Regional Sales Plan
- Ensure a robust and standardized orders and sales forecasting process is in place
- Develop sales excellence networks outside of SEA, benchmark best practices across other in APAC
- Lead the implementation of specific Regional Sales Excellence initiatives with the Sales Excellence Drivers(SEDs)
- Work with each team with the prioritisation of Sales Excellence building blocks necessary
- Provide support for marketing activities in SEA and provide technical support in SEA etc
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Maintain proper inventory control
Requirements
- Master / Degree / Diploma qualification in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Prior Sales excellence / improvement experience environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
