REGIONAL IT EXECUTIVE ($4000-$5000/AWS/VB)ref: TK

$5K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central

Responsibilities

• Execute and promote projects with HQ and ensure reasonable quality of programs.
• Coordinate and facilitate with HQ among the related parties including the other external parties such as KDDI and MAS to communicate and achieve the milestones and goals properly as planned.
• Design, implement and maintain IT environments, IT Operations and Access management for network connectivity. New links to be setup worldwide in the future.
• Support CMC systems and environment. Knowledge in Call Center environment would have an advantage.
• Serve as the first and second line support in conjunction with both external and internal parties to monitor & provide the system services for the business.
• Act as the one of the focal point for major issues when necessary.
• Contribute Groups from both IT and business aspects and assist their requirements are treated reasonably and properly.
• Work together and assist Local to improve their IT operation and environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Comp Science, relevant security or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Administration, maintenance, and installation of VMware, VCenter is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
