$4800 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Taking off quantities, pricing and preparation of tender submission
- Preparation of Bills of Quantity
- Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
- Assist Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost Control
- Monitoring and keeping track of project cost as per planned schedule and budget
- Measure and determine the amount of work done at stages in order to evaluate progress and contractual claims by sub-contractors
- Assist in the settlement of final accounts with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors
- Carry out contract administration duties
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree Holders in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Experience in Technical/Mechanical/Electrical industry is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
