Responsibilities
- Taking charge on M&E QS related matters and responsible from tender to pre-contract, as well as post contract administration duties
- Evaluate and review of tender drawings for discrepancies, quantity take-offers, preparing bills of quantities, sourcing and selecting of subcontractors
- Liaise with consultant regarding tender scope of works
- Compiling and evaluating quotations from sub-con / suppliers according to tender requirements
- Prepare tender submission, cost reports, cost plans and evaluate tenders and submit recommendation report
- Drafting and preparing letter of award and contract documents
- Prepare project budget
- Managing and tracking variation orders
Requirements
- Min Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledgeable in different type of Contracts (PSSOC, SIA, REDAS) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
