Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Be a leader in the QS Dept; guide the junior QS
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities which involves quantity take-off, materials sourcing, measuring and estimating costs used in the tendering process
- Quantity take off and cost estimation
- Assist Project Director/Manager in contractual issues
- Evaluate progress payment and VOs, and cost benefit analysis
- Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
- Manage resolution of contractual claims of a wide variety of projects from per-tender to post-contract stage
- Assist in handling and managing all cost aspects of interior design and project management from inception to completion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience within a Design & Build or similar working environment as a Quantity Surveyor is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
