5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Prepare bill of quantities, quotations and cost estimates.
- Analyse specifications and standards based on Projects.
- Coordinate with Site Coordinator and prepare Claims, VO etc.
- Assist in site-walks with Sales team, and preparation of documents for submission.
- Participate in the site internal and external site audits
- Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors
- Coordinate with the customers representative on all quality matters
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in software such as Bluebeam/AutoCAD, Planswift is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
