$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Review, draft and negotiate the terms of contractual agreements to ensure that company interests are protected commercially and contractually
- Review proposal specifications and drawings
- Perform accurate quantity taking off and prepare Bills of Quantities
- To monitor and ensure delivery of materials are in accordance with contractual requirements;
- To coordinate site issues including procurement of materials from the suppliers;
- Responsible for claims, variation orders, cost control, settlement of final account and oversee all dispute resolutions
- Provide on-site support to the Site Manager
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Quantity survey, cost control for engineering projects is a plus.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
