QUALITY EXECUTIVE ($2500-$3500/AWS/VB)ref: BS

$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, implementation and administration of clinical quality management programmes.
• Assist to develop, review and revise policies and other supporting documents related to quality management
• Collaborate with respective departments on quality indicators and other related clinical quality activities.
• Administrative oversight and review of incident reports.
• Collaborate with respective departments on IPC indicators and other related activities to ensure compliance to prevailing internal and regulatory requirements.
• Support the accreditation and credentialing of relevant healthcare practitioners to ensure the regulations are in place
• Support the facilitation of periodic meetings for the Medical Advisory Board and its Committees including secretariat support to meetings and committees.
• Undertake any special projects or initiatives as assigned by the supervisor and/or senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge or experience in quality management standards and practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
