QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR ($4000-$5300/AWS/VB)ref: SC

$5300 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Supervisor, train and mentor QC technician engaged in the inspection/testing of raw material, semi-finished and finished product in accordance to established procedures to support production schedule compliance.
• Monitor daily QC operations and re-prioritizes QC Ops deliverables, where required, evaluate and resolve any QC related events escalated by QC technicians to minimize production downtime.
• Communicate, collaborate, and coordinate with Production, Planning and Supply Assurance to ensure timely verification and completion of SAP transaction for release of material/ product.
• Generate and compiles monthly QC reports for trend analysis and scheduled Management Review meeting.
• Establish QC inspection plan, review and analyzes QC data to monitor on-going control.
• Manage and ensure established QC procedures and processes complies with ISO13485, MDSAP standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Establish and maintain procedures and protocols for material and product inspection/test activities where applicable.
• Participate in NPI or transfer product as QC lead to coordinate and ensure QC tasks are timely delivered as per project planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Quality modules in SAP is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
