QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER ($3000-$3800/AWS/VB)ref: YL

$3800 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• To execute the policy of ISO 9001:2015 quality management system
• Carry out effective internal quality audit and reliable inspection of incoming supplies work-in-progress, and finished parts/ components
• Keep track and validate of special quality requirements of customers, geometrical symbol, tolerances and dimensioning
• Leadership of supervision to provide guidance for fellow staff the standard of quality to achieve that improve customers and suppliers feedback on quality issues, complaints,
• Improve and maintain in-process quality control (IPQC) and outgoing quality control (OQC)
• To perform customer’s supplier quality control standard and meet enquires pertaining to blueprint drawing quality specification and requirements
• Lead to report corrective actions for products COC, conforming / non-conforming components, corrective action request (CAR)
• Carry out to follow update and written procedures, SOP, work instructions, specifications, QSP reports

Requirements

• Diploma / Higher Nitec in precision engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Industry Proficient in 2D/3D dimensional inspection, geometric measurements and CMM is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
