Location: North
Responsibilities
- Price/forecast the cost of the different materials and cost breakdown needed for the project
- Go through tender documents/specifications and prepare sales quotation
- Prepare contracts, budgets, work orders, certificate of release and other documentations needed for projects
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
- Assess and recommend the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project
- Coordinate with project team to measure and value the work done on site for claim submission
- Assess and nominate payments for subcontractors for the work done
- Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers when necessary
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in quality assurance/Quality control is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
