QAQC MANAGER (Construction) ($4500-$7000/AWS/VB)ref: KT

$7K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  East

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Project Quality Plan
• Responsible for implementation of Quality Management System (QMS), develop policies, standards and requirement and ensure compliance
• Support Project Manager on day-to-day QAQC matters and preparation of QAQC reports
• Implement preventive measure, corrective action, review and comments to ensure that all non-conformance issues are promptly investigated, corrective and preventive action are proposed and implemented
• Manage the submission of QAQC documentation for consultant approval
• Maintain QAQC records and ensure all project documentation are kept in compliance with the QMS
• Develop forms/checklists/flowcharts for QAQC activities
• Conduct audit in compliance with the QMS and contribute to system improvement, manage project audit program

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in QA / QC in Civil and building construction industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
