5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Assist in conduct hygiene training for the production personnel.
- Carry out daily hygiene inspection to ensure stringent reinforcement of food hygiene safety in practice.
- Prepare and maintain relevant food safety records.
- Perform routine sampling and check quality of incoming raw materials and end products.
- Ensure microbiological laboratory carried out are according to company and governments’ regulatory standard.
- Assist in customers’ feedback and discuss with the relevant departments on the corrective and preventive actions required.
- Assist in internal, external and regulatory audits.
- Ensure sanitation practices and pest control is in place at all times.
Requirements
- Diploma, Bachelors’ Degree in Food Science/ Technology or in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in quality assurance/Quality control is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
