$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Accountable for timely and accurate processing of all orders
- Support the purchasing function and other relevant departments and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations
- Assist in preparation and issuance of purchase orders to suppliers
- Conduct inventory checks and monitor stock levels
- Perform supply chain cost analysis and implement cost efficient and effective purchasing strategies
- Keep abreast of market/price situation and conduct regular price comparison
- Liaise with Deputy Manager for any improvement to the purchasing process/flow/system to enhance the work efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure and promote compliance to company procurement policies and procedure
Requirements
- NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
