PROPERTY OFFICER ($2600-$3200/AWS/VB)ref: QT

$3200 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operations of building maintenance, cleaning/housekeeping, carpark, fire safety etc to ensure that the building is maintained at highest standards.
• Carry out daily inspections for building defects, cleanliness of premises, performance of security personnel & report any other abnormalities etc.
• Identify & record building defects during the Defects Liability Period & follow up with contractors on the rectifications.
• Supervise contractors in carrying out maintenance or improvement works.
• Attend to tenants’ queries, feedback and/or complaints.
• Carry out daily inspection of tenants’ fitting-out to ensure that there is no breach in the house rules.
• Be part of the CERT Team (Company Emergency Response Team).
• Prepare incident report for incidents that occur in the building.

Requirements

• GCE ‘O’ levels, Nitec in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Building Operations/Property Management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
