Salary Range $3K – $4K (depends on experience)
AWS / VB
In-charge of facilities management matters for buildings / malls
Overall maintenance of the buildings
Conduct inspection works for the building
Analyse and report of fault or breakdown
Prepare of facility report
Oversee the daily operations & attend management meetings
Involving in administrative matters and control of the property / building matters
Perform routine building maintenance work
Involved in cyclical maintenance works, improvement works, conservancy and horticulture, common property
Requirements
Min Diploma in Building / Facilities / M&E
FSM will be added advantage
With 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience in facilities management
Manage of Building / Malls
