PROPERTY EXECUTIVE (M&E) ($2500-$4000/AWS/VB)ref: CT

$4K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  Central

Responsibilities

• Plan, executive and supervise all M&E activities pertaining to the effective management and maintenance of the assigned property/ properties
• Supervise and lead a team of technicians
• Review team’s work processes to effectively and efficiently harness resources for maximum productivity
• Ensure all M&E systems are in good order and ensure daily building operation are managed smoothly
• Plan deployments and preventive maintenance schedules as well as monitor the efficiency, lifespan and warranty periods of equipment
• Ensure vendors and contractors’ work performances comply with company’s quality standards and statutory regulations
• Preparation of quotation, tender’s specifications, invitation for quote/ tender etc.
• Execute sourcing and administration of contracted services

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
