Responsibilities
- Assist in daily administrative works.
- Responsible for all facilities management issues of the managed premises.
- Carry out routine and preventive inspections on cleanliness and serviceability of facilities.
- Inspecting property conditions and coordinating maintenance activities.
- To maintain the administrative system and ensure accuracy of all data and information.
- To source and requisite necessary equipment and inventories needed for the site.
- To handle purchasing order and requisition.
- To ensure supplies are ordered, delivered and distributed promptly.
Requirements
- Degree in building services, surveying, project management or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in property / facilities management or front desk is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
