Responsibilities
- Lead the outsourced software development project, manage system design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
- Manage the vendor(s) developing the new system, oversee and manage the fund and timeline of the project.
- Ensure that the business requirements for the new system are accurately translated to requirements to the engaged vendor(s).
- Evaluate, priorities and keep track all system change requests raised.
- Drive and coordinate regular updates to the project steering committee for progress update of the project, and facilitate timely sign-offs for critical milestones.
- Manage the preparation of business documentations for hand-over of the system to the Business department users.
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Prepare reports as required by management
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business or relevant quantitative disciplines.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Project Management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
