PROJECT MANAGER ($4500-$6500/AWS/VB)ref: SK

$6500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: CBD

Responsibilities

• Good Project Management Skills & Knowledge, Interpersonal Relationship and Strong Leadership Qualities are highly desirable.
• Liaising & maintaining good business relationship with customers and vendors.
• Negotiation, evaluation, estimation & tendering as per customer specifications & requirements.
• Review, verify, validate and propose to work scope given as per customer specifications & requirements.
• Review, verify & validate proposal given by clients & vendors at every project stages.
• Organize, Oversees & Prepare all aspect of documentations & files, project execution of project services, duties & responsibilities at all various status & stages of the project.
• Supervise, planning, scheduling & manage all operations to ensure the performance and progress of works in accordance with the contract for the required services or project.
• Oversee Safety Management with team during to project commencement

Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Project Management is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
