$4200 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Maintain active list of projects
- Maintain all relevant revenue and expenditure for each project
- Check projects created in system and ensure that contract sum and budget tally to external cost sheet submitted for approval
- Highlight any overhead approved and ensure that system is updated accordingly
- Preparation of Journal Entries for (related to project)
- Adjustment and reclassification of accounts when necessary (eg. Timeclocking)
- Internal transfer and rental re-charge
- Shipment of inventory to WIP for projects related to capture cost
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
