PROJECT EXECUTIVE ($2500-$3000/AWS/VB)ref: CC

$3K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central

Responsibilities

• Provide space planning solutions and produce 2D drawings and 3D renderings design proposal for sales team.
• Prepare proposals based on customer requirements and other necessary project deliverables (layouts, shop drawings).
• Prepare design presentations and sample/mood boards proposal to clients.
• Provide technical and design support to sales team on products to meet customer’s requirements.
• Plan and prepare Bill of Quantities, issue quotations and process orders accurately and timely based on customers’ requirements
• Support and assist Business Managers in the preparation and submission of tender/RFQ/ITQ/RFP and presentation materials.
• Promote products in the space, greet and assist customers and manage phone, email and walk-in enquiries on all products
• Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming enquiries by phone, fax, email and walk-in customers.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / Product Design/ Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in: AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D Max, Keyshot, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
