Location: West
Responsibilities
- Coordinates project works such as A&A works, renovation etc
- Assist Project Manager in all on-site technical/ engineering matters and authority submissions.
- Monitor and supervise Engineers / foremen, ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship. Checking on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors.
- Preparation of Method Of Statement, Sequence of Works and any other technical documents.
- Co-ordinate with Clients / Sub Contractors / Suppliers / Consultants.
- Plan & Track the project progress with the help of the Project managers and Supervisors and aligning with the Project Completion Timeline.
- Supervise and ensure projects are carried out in accordance to company’s operating procedures, quality standards & contractual specifications.
- Ensuring all site personnel are carrying out works in accordance to statutory compliance & client’s requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Civil engineering / Building construction industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
