Location: East
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Regular report of project status to relevant internal stakeholders and escalate to management as needed
- Manage relationship, communication & alignment with all relevant internal stakeholders
- Perform risk management using West recommended tools to minimize project risks & risk to existing operation – from safety, quality & product delivery perspective
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation using West recommended tools where available
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Masters or equivalent in Mechanical/Utilities/Piping Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Project, 2D & 3D AutoCAD Software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
