Responsibilities
- Chair project meeting with both internal and external stakeholders
- Plan, execute and monitor projects to ensure projects meet requirement, budget and schedule.
- Monitor day to day aspects of projects including quality of work product, client communications, budget, schedule, and coordinating technical staff and run regular reporting to higher management and stakeholders about project progress.
- Work with production, safety and laboratory managers as well as external specialists and authorities to create specifications (User Requirement Specification and/or Technical Specification), design and detailed plans respecting all norms and regulations as well as EHS standards.
- Maintain quality control of deliverables, demonstrating technical excellence, objectivity and clarity, adherence to project schedules, applicable quality management standards, and safety and security regulations.
- Support Procurement to negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors.
- Carry out Technical Bid Analysis and submit proposal for stakeholders approval
- Monitor and controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with basic usage of SAP (Project module), Microsoft Project and Autocad is a plus.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
