Location: North
Responsibilities
- Creating drawing and detailed descriptions that the construction team can use.
- To ensure that the project meet all applicable codes and regulations.
- Coordinating with team.
- Managing budget and schedule to ensure that the project meets timelines.
- Performing inspections regularly to Make sure project meet quality standards.
- Understanding new technologies to keep up with the latest and new materials, products and methods they can use in the project.
- Maintaining project documentation.
- Analyzing design issues and provide solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Autocad, sketch-up, power point and Microsoft office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
