PROJECT COST CONTROLLER ($3000-$4000/AWS/VB)ref: KL

$4K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standard project (cost) control processes and procedures.
• Develop project cash flow forecast.
• Prepare the project budget upon contract award (based on as-sold budget).
• Prepare monthly project report for project managers, reflecting the projects’ current financial position and estimates at completion. This includes ensuring alignment with project schedules, committed costs and reconciliation to financial system.
• Perform scenario analysis at request to support decision making.
• Assist project managers in the validation of commercial and schedule components.
• Ensure forecast variances are communicated to the Management to enable corrective actions to be taken when and where necessary.
• Ensure project risks and opportunities are accurately reflected in the Risk & Opportunity schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering and/or financial management.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent numeracy and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
